Work Force Housing At Our Apartments Near UGA

Atlas Athens has committed to reserving 15% of the market-rate dwelling units at restricted rents intended to serve the working professional of Athens-Clarke County whose incomes are between 60% and 120% of AMI (area median income).

If you make $45,600-$87,960 per year (60-120% AMI) or less, you can qualify for work force housing at Atlas Athens. You will need to submit pay stubs, using your most recent 60 days, tax documents, etc. that will show proof of income to determine if you qualify.

AMI is the Area Median Income. The current adjusted AMI for Atlas Athens $82,300.

Your monthly rental amount will be dependent on the AMI determinations set by The Athens Land Trust. Please visit the floor plans page for the current monthly rental amount.

All income-based applicants will not be responsible for any upfront fees including application, administration, or a security deposit.
